Fast service - great price.

Installing RAM can be easy or fiddly. My NAS was the latter, but the performance increase - WOW!

A very good price for the purchase I bought 2...

Awesome Ram. Had no problems, laptop liked them the moment they were installed what more can I say. Been running flawlessly since fitting. The service from PBtech was impeccable as usual. Happy New Year Everybody!

Works well and great customer service provided

I got one of these earlier for my ROG upgrade but as it is a dual rank memory, it didn't give me the boost i expected.
I bought another one recently and it didn't run, took it to the store and they tried a fresh one and it worked. I was disappointed when it didn't work but thanks to the experienced staff and their help, my rog (pretty old model) now doesn't lag that bad at games anymore.

From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
