My new DDR5 PC build failed to fire up on first start, and then on any attempt to start. I was absolutely frustrated as I had never had any failures over the last eight PCs that I had constructed,
Because it was a self-build I, had to pay $80 to PBTech to have them identify and rectify the problem.
The problem was that these brand-new DDR5s did not function.
PBTech replaced them under guarantee and my PC started immediately. If it had not been for this frustrating experience I would have given five stars. 6400 MT/s XMP speed was just a 1 click to enable in my motherboard’s UEFI and have had zero issues. Sleek and short so I have sufficient clearance to fit NH-D15 in my case (Corsair 4000s series). It runs great at its recommended clock speed of 6400Mhz and plays nicely with memory timing tweaking if you're into that. More than fast enough for any task most people would want to do. if you don't know if you're included in most people, then you are haha.
only bad thing i could say about it is that there's no RGB, but I personally choose this partially for that reason.
