It is fine but there are better options for just a few dollars more.
It is fine but there are better options for just a few dollars more.
Copied an 11GB ISO image to the drive shows 26MB/second sustained write performance.
This is far better then most of the others that do around 7MB/sec writes sustained.
However, I am disappointed PB Tech is not selling the Sandisk Extreme line of products as those are twice to six times faster then this little drive.
The Sandisk extreme line is only an extra few dollars and the NZ market is being ignored here.

having the USB C is Sooooo handy for getting data of phones and tablets, Though wireless is easy and so is cable.

Fast and small, good value for money
Really tiny and easy to use being both USB Type-C and USB3.1. Very fast read and write. Typical of SanDisk. Good value for money. Been in use now for nearly a week and thinking about a couple more.

It's Ok
The temperature rises a bit. There's a specific side that my type c usb is more stable on and basically means that I can only use one side. The swinging mechanism is a bit tough to spin. I can imagine some people complaining about it but i'm ok with it. Other than that it works fine as a USB.
