Set up was straight forward, took me about 20-30 minutes because I'm a bit slow at assembly work. You'll need screwdrivers.
Bonus is that it comes with cable hooks (?) on the arms and the trunk, so great for cable management.

I've mounted two 24 inch monitors on it, exact same model, so it balances out for me. Not sure how it might work out for folks with different monitors, might turn out imbalanced if one is much heavier than the other - the arms don't have separately adjustable heights, you can only adjust both at the same height.

Simple to put together, really chunky and sturdy - I mounted 2x 31 inch monitors onto a free standing desk. Was a bit worried but they hold the weight well.
The cable management tracks are a neat little addition.

Only draw back would be some of the screws to tighten are in the most awkward positions once you've mounted a monitor.
