I am using these with twin Acer 32" monitors. I haven'r yet been able to figure out how to stop the arms from dropping. There's a hex nut at the pivot point which tightens with the supplied large hex key, but that has little effect. I suspect I'm missing something. I don't want to strip any threads by over-tightening. Really satisfied with this mount, was very easy to setup and holds my 2 monitors at 27" and 25" without issue - no sagging. Very easy to manipulate and reposition, clamp holds strong even with a centimetre of overhang on the clamp itself due to the way my desk is constructed.
