This ticked all the boxes for me. 360 degree rotation and a base that didn't interfere with my keyboard placement. It is made of heavy gauge steel so it doesn't feel flimsy or cheap. My only criticism is there's no notch in the mechanism to let you know you've moved each through each 90 degree turn and it can be a bit fiddly making the screen level. The price was absolutely right for this mount, and the build quality is great it has no problem supporting my 27in monitor. Could easily support 32in or more. However it came *completely* unassembled. It took around half an hour to put together, set up and adjust. Good monitor mount if you don't mind putting it together yourself.
