Decided to mount both of my monitors and to rid of its stand and thick old telephone books underneath on the desk.
Purchased 2 Adapter Kit for monitors without VESA holes. This give you the option to choose/keep any monitor without restriction. The kit comes with three different sizes screws to perfectly fit to your monitor/s. I've two Dell ST2320L screens @23", approximately 1-1.5 cm (under an inch) all around the front panel, curve-out midway-back where all the connectors are thus, not under the minimum criteria of the kit of 2.55 cm.

Notes: to correctly measure monitor's depth, place back (rounded, in my case) down on a flat surface to measure-up. Unless the monitor/s is flat all the way around (front & back)? Also, take into account the weight of each monitor prior to purchasing a 'desk mount arm/s' hence, majority holds up to 8kg for each arm so there shouldn't be any issue.
Large-size screws were used for the bottom and mid-size screws for the top. Clamping formats includes 'X', 'Y', inverted 'Y' and 'I/II' to securely holds the monitor. I've used the 'Y' format and securing with bolts (not included) for extra security. The 'Y' format does not cover/interfere with fitted connectors on the back of my monitors.
Value for money - for under $86 (inclusive of 'Dual Monitor Desk Mount Arms' purchased elsewhere), desk is more organised, creating more room, providing correct height and flexibility from both monitors.
Dispatch date as stated, it took a bit longer to receive due to COVID-19 (acceptable).
Highly recommend this kit for monitors without VESA holes from PBTech - reasonable priced and great service (email/progress/tracking received throughout).

Does exactly what it says. Using it on a 10 year old Samsung 28" monitor and the mount is just a touch to small, but seems to be more than capable. Took a bit of effort to attach but that is more-so because of the monitor/vesa plate i am using it with. Does exactly what it says. As other reviewers have said, it ain't pretty but it does the job. Now I knew going into this that the tablet I'm using it with (Huion Kamvas 16) is too thin for this, nothing a bit of packing foam or folded up cardboard can't fix (saw that solution online).

However, it was a pain to get this to attach this to the monitor arm (the Colebrook Bosson Saunders Ollin, which is excellent BTW). Without going into too much detail: the screws had to be put in back to front, which meant I had to adjust the size before putting the tablet in... very awkward. But it's a cheap solution so I would say, give it a try, for some uses, I can see it working fine.

Doesn't look at all premium, but does the job of converting my old monitor into a monitor with VESA.
