Good monitor arm ONCE assembled - prepare to be frustrated
The gas lift on this arm makes it easy to use and it looks sleek and stylish BUT I was less then impressed with the extent to which I had to completely assemble this arm - though it looks like it should be simple - it was not. What I cannot understand was why it did not come fully assembled?? If I had to chose whether to buy another one I would err on the side of not buying this brand simply because of the phaff of having to assemble it. It was also missing one of the anti-slip pads for the base that attaches to the desk. This is an essential piece considering how heavy the whole thing is when a 7KG monitor is suspended from it.
