I bought these for my 2 x 32 inch monitors that weigh in at 7kg each.
The mount lacked the strength to prevent the monitor from tilting downward towards the desk.
I suspect these arms would be fine and indeed even fantastic for 4kg monitors and maybe even 5kg monitors, but not a chance for the 9kg advertised. I bought these for my 2 x 32 inch monitors that weigh in at 7kg each.

I'm really happy with the dual monitor stand. The following features stood out in particular
- cable management
- VESA 75 & 100mm - works great with both monitors, also comes with washers, good for monitors with semi-permanent stand attachments
- great for a sit/stand set up, easy to raise and adjust as needed
- multiple ways to attach the mount to your desk, either through a hole or attached as a clamp
- monitors detach from arm easily, no hassle if you need to adjust the clamp

If you use the clamp, there are some considerations
- the back of the clamp is thick, so you cannot push your desk flush with the wall

I've had the product for a few days, already find it higher quality than alternatives

Work well for my two 27" monitors which are setup a bit unconventionally, one centrally in landscape and the other further back in portrait at a slight angle. Just be aware that if you want both monitors in landscape without a space in between then it will also affect the distance of the screen from your face - smaller monitors will be closer, and larger monitors further back. The size of the desk and position of the mount will also affect this distance, which may or may not work for your intended positioning.

I think this is because the poor quality control at the factory, the small gap between the arm and vesa base connection made it impossible for the screen to sit in the same angle as the arm.
So you have to adjust the tilt angle upwards like 100 degrees to the table and it'll even out the gap. The mount lacked the strength to prevent the monitor from tilting downward towards the desk.

Does what it says on the box! Great build quality and thoughtful packaging. Grommet and standard attachments provided make it flexible for other workspaces should your configuration change. Rubberized seating pads mean no damage to the desk and the cable management is neat and tidy.
Did find the gas lift adjustments a bit fiddly, but came right once I had a better understanding of what to tighten where to get the desired result.
