I confess I have only plugged the ASUS Strix a basic playstation 4 slim, but even running at 1080p the visibility is dramatically improved.
My ability to see detail is enhanced by the ability to custom set the output. This is an astounding experience for a colour vision impaired gamer like myself, to see the world as colourfully as the next player, adjusting to a slightly oversaturated colour pallet.
Having screen preserving software in the monitor, ready to run 'pixel cleaning' routines was enough to persuade me to invest extra money in a good monitor before upgrading to a PS5 & a PC capable of running the 1440p at 2440 hz.

All you could ever want for a great price!
Under the right settings this monitor produces such vivid and punchy colours with deep blacks. This is my first OLED gaming monitor and out the box it's very impressive and it was easy to set up.
The one downside with this panel technology is that the text is not as sharp as what you'd get on other monitors like with IPS, but the colour reproduction can not be beat with this WOLED panel.
I'm very impressed running FPS games on 240hz with G-Sync available, it's buttery smooth! 1440p 240hz is very nice sweet spot between resolution and refresh rate.

Fantastic right out of the box.
Great build quality and finish. Love the glossy screen, and the best choice if you game during the day (Woled).
No black crush or flicker (make sure your update to latest firmware).
Great fine calibration options (check out blur busters) however the pre-set option are great too if you want to be lazy.
