I was looking for a super fast charger for my Samsung phone and one that could also charge my laptop - this fits the bill and have confirmed that it works for both of my devices with the included USB-A to USB-C cord. Laptop charge is quite slow but at least it works - not many 'fast' phone chargers will do this. Might be dependat on your brand of laptop though. I previously had two branded Samsung super fast chargers (only a single output on those) and they both failed just out of warranty which was super annoying considering they weren't cheap - hope this one is more robust but I've been quite impressed with my other Xiaomi products.
