Brilliant

Yes, it works, plug it in either way. I use it on my Samsung fast charger and wondered if it would still work regardless of the plug orientation. Yep. Very pleased and happy. Decent cable length and great feel, use of cable type. Bought 2 and would easily buy / recommend to others

Love these

Am sick of flaky USB cables crapping out. These seem very sturdy and one of lifes snall pleasures, not having to look at which way around your plug is too ensure you are plugging it in the correct way round.

Momax Reversable Micro USB

Easy to plug in, as the micro USB is rounded on both sides meaning in can be plugged in upside down. Anti-tangle cord. Super fast to charge.

Good quality but NOT Compatible with iOS 12.3.1

It is a good quality and tough cable but not compatible with iOS 12.3.1. After upgrading to 12.3.1, the charging would stop in a short period of charging and the charging icon will disappear. Once put back original Apple cable, the charging will carry on. This cable is worth for 5-star. Giving 3-star is due to the compatibility issue.

All orders shipped by PB Tech are sent via a courier with a signature required for each delivery. In some cases, and only where you have given the courier company permission to leave orders at a designated location, your order may be delivered without requiring a signature. All orders sent by PB Tech are fully insured in the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged or go missing in transit.

Delivery Estimates

The delivery time-frame (in days) for each product we sell is detailed on the individual product page just to the right of the main product image. From when you place your order, in-stock products typically arrive within 2-4 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD deliveries and 4-8 working days for all other states in Australia.

Overseas Shipments

If you are located in New Zealand, you can order directly from our New Zealand site www.pbtech.co.nz. If you are from another country you can order from www.pbtech.com

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you need to fill out our request a return form.
