I’ve had 3 of these now (different cars/phones ) and they’re fantastic. They come with spare metal backing plates and very convenient to use. Doesn’t damage the phones in any way. On opening the package the product looks good quality and the instruction and advice are clear and easy to follow. The hexagon shaped magnet with a slotted rubber back for sliding on to the car air vent makes the whole fitting nice and firm. The slim steel plate sticks to the inside of the phone's protective cover, or on the phone back (not recommended). The magnet holds the phone very firmly, despite the silicon cover being in between the magnet and the steel plate, even when pushing the home button etc.

I've been using the product for a month and I'm very pleased with it and am finding it way better than the window mounts I have used in the past.

Great product, never falls off no matter the driving style and terrain. The only issue I have is that it inevitably blocks a car vent, making summer days slightly less comfortable and in winter the vent will make the phone heat up Great product, never falls off no matter the driving style and terrain. I have a window suction mount, but decided to try this vent clip, works really well and so much more convenient that the window mount, I use it every time I drive (Jeep GCL). I have an iPhone XR with a Spigen case. I would highly recommend this vent clip.
