The mouse isn't anything too crazy, but their definitely is a premium feel and it's well suited for FPS games due to its light design. The features are great too. The mice is a lightweight, swift mouse that pairs well with gaming. Great for flicks, tracking, hell, anything you can think of it excels in (except keeping your wife happy.) recently brought this as an upgrade from my logitech g903, could tell a huge difference in weight and performance, was a lot more snappy, reactive and felt more premium. Had to take a couple of days to adjust to the weight of the mouse. it is however, expensive. You pay a serious premium for the brand and style. Windows itself struggles with the 8k polling rate so it's frankly better to use 4k, the next step down in the software.
That leads nicely into the next issue which is razer synapse. This software uses nearly a gig of ram and some considerable cpu time just to run in the background with a minimal install. It's messy and full of logins, additional software, and ads. Mouse was one of my better purchases. Mouse is lightweight and feels really good with the coating in contrast to something like the deathadder v3 pro which hurt my hands after periods of gaming.
