Purchased two of these for a cabled mesh wifi system in a large property. Ubiquiti has a unique approach and although it may take the unfamiliar user a little more time to get familiar with the software and setup is it well worth the effort.

Very good addition to the udm. I had issues with iot devices and this solved them all. Cheap, small, easy to set up, and doesn’t need to be connected by an Ethernet cable back to the udm like some other APs. Very good addition to the udm. Purchased one of these to extend my network to the garage and garden area. I has been installed outdoors, under the shelter of the garage eaves.
Installation was easy, as was adoption into my existing network via the Unifi network application.
For performance, WiFi5 is good enough for my needs and it ran at approx 300mbps download when tested from close range.

Does what it says on the tin ;-) Better product than some of the TP Link devices I've tried as it receives the base signal more clearly further away, and then does a good job of amplifying and extending the network effectively from there. I have two of these now and both are easy to configure, and have greatly improved the WiFi experience for 8-12 clients throughout my house.
