No issues at all, very easy to install drivers and once that was done, plain sailing. Managed to get work to install the correct driver too so compatible with work laptop now too! This unit has worked well to date and is preforming hassle free.

To get the best setup experience download the latest drivers from the website then connect the docking station.

As it does not come with a power supply, make sure you have a good quality 240V USB charger pack and a type C cable. This unit has worked well to date and is preforming hassle free.

Setup was easy to my Dell XPS13 laptop, and it fired up my two Dell E2418HN monitors OK...but this mini dock does not do a great job of outputting HDMI faithfully.

Working a lot in spreadsheets with coloured cells and text it was blocky and ragged like old low-res. Cell colour background was not smooth and seamless but like stripy wallpaper. Normal text was OK. Did lots of driver updates as per J5Create support instructions - no change.

Took it back to PB after a couple of weeks and tried another - same result. Swapped to Dell 3100 mini Dock - all good. PB Tech were accommodating and helpful through this process. Had a few issues with the drivers conflicting with Mac Mojave but contacted service desk and they sorted me out. Doesnt work with the ethernet connector but I'm not too fussed with that. Works great with dual monitors. However, the USB-C charging does not work with my Lenovo T470. I have a 45W Lenovo USB-C charger and when I plug it in, I lose connection to my monitors and the laptop doesn't charge. Works great with dual monitors.
