The description and specs are great but it doesn't live up to expectations.

Requirement:
* Dock for Dell XPS-13
* Dock for Macbook Pro

Spec:
* States compatible with Dell
* States compatible with Apple

Setup:
* Dock (USBC/Thunderbolt) connection --> 2 x Display Port 24" monitors

Issues:
* On XPS 13" - If notebook goes to sleep, upon waking up the monitors do not resume. Have to unplug USB-C and replug in. 50% chance that it will detect both monitor. Otherwise only detects one. So now everytime PC falls asleep I turn the dock off by a power switch i installed next to the dock. Then detects both monitors fine.

* On Macbook Pro - Detects both monitors but monitors are mirrored. Macbook does not see both monitors. Incompatible. Upon reawaking from sleep only one monitor is detected.
* On HP Notebook - Detects both monitors. Upon reawake from sleep detects 1 monitor. Sometimes detects 2 monitors.

Support:
* Customer support proactive but offer no solutions. If you read HP web forums you will see lots of people have similar issues. Issue with Macs is documented on the internet.
* Support claimed the product was not tested on Dell / Mac so no commitment here and problem is with Dell / Mac.

Unbelievably disappointed.

Still haven't used it because the display ports require different cables than just HDMI which I did not know. i wish the staff had asked me about the connector; he could have sold at least 2xDisplay cables.
