Easy set up, and works for exactly what I bought it for, running a 2nd external monitor off my laptop. This small and light docking station is very good. I use it to dock and extra screen to my work pc at home and also to my private Apple Mac. Set up was a breeze and it takes up almost no desk space. If I had a single criticism it would be that the USB connecting cable is a tad too short. This small and light docking station is very good. It does what it says it should do. I didn't have any driver issues and was careful to follow the installation instructions exactly as given as some had reported issues. I think there may be problems under Mac OSX but on Windows it works great and was not expensive. It does what it says it should do. Great small compact docking station. The VGA is a bit annoying as you can't secure it but overall a great product. Slim and portable which is what I needed it for. Pretty solid device, works pretty much as expected. Only issue we have is the length of the USB3 cable - its pretty short, not long enough to tuck the dock away behind the monitor.
