The handle fell off this after about 3 weeks of light use. PB Tech provided a replacement, which is going well so far. The case itself is good - sturdy and protective. Great little computer for my son for high school - the computer we chose the store only had the demo model in store left as they have sold out - I do feel this should have been taken from avaliability
