I was after a good quality power adaptor for my Lenovo ThinkPad X-1 Carbon G7, and was initially uneasy about buying an after-market brand. However the KFD Universal charger is not only cheaper but more compact and does the job really well. Would recommend and buy again. This charger works fine, however, because of its size and shape it tends to droop out of the wall socket. not really a deal breaker, except when used in a busy home like ours if it gets bumped it can come out to prevent charging and easily goes unnoticed. Experiencing no problem with product after 6wks (touch wood). Reliably recharging my asus laptop. Hope it lasts longer than original (same brand) one supplied (not by pbtech). That one was 18mths.
Was in a pinch so was happy to purchase and use click and collect service. Everything has met to expectation so far. Happy with product and pbtech service. I now have three under my desk that are faulty.
The manufacturing on the device is poor and the connection to the power supply fails after being put in bags - definitely avoid. I now have three under my desk that are faulty.
