Drops about 4C on my razer blade 14 and has a spare USB port so you don't really lose any USB ports to use this.

Came up on top as "most popular" amongst a lot of other contenders, and purchased on that basis. It's a tad on the small side for my 15" laptop and build quality is quite cheap (it was priced accordingly), but it seems to provide reasonably cooling and is quiet. Self powered and includes an extra port which is convenient. LEDs seem a bit unnecessary for fans under a laptop, but no big deal really. A great purchase for my gaming laptop that gets very hot. On average, I am seeing about a 10 degree reduction, leaving a little more headroom for overclocking. The fan is silent enough for people who enjoy some white noise but not too much.
It cools my laptop enough for it to work better and the height adjustment is very convenient if you don't need to use the PC's inbuilt keyboard and touchpad.

This laptop cooling pad is pretty good for its price, not the best, but not the worst. My laptop (15.6 inch) is a bit big for the pad, still fits well but the sides are off the pad. The cooling fan is very very silent but is a little bit weak, it does cool quite well for long uses especially. Personally, the fans are a hit further down from what I want, my laptop ventilation holes are a bit higher up and the fans are a bit lower so some parts still are a bit hot even when cooling. Works as advertised but I needed to shuffle my older, larger laptop around a bit to get it in the right place. One of the "legs" hangs over the edge. It can also be powered externally using an old phone charger if you run out of USB ports on the laptop.
