Purchased this to run a wifi signal to my detached shed 15m from the house and approx 50m away from the router. Set the unit up at the router then moved the wifi unit to the shed, worked first pop. I needed a wifi extender to send a strong signal across to my flat located in a different building. Fortunately the building is supplied with electricity from my house where my modem is located and as the wifi signal is moved in the electricity problem was solved. I bought these power line adapters to get internet out to my Sleepout, the power for it was on the same network so they worked a treat, plugged in and off it went, they even provided wifi in the sleepout for phones and so on to connect. It was a big problem for me as the wireless network from my house didn't reach the sleepout and having to run a cable out there wasn't an option, and no wireless extender would help as the sleepout was just too far away from the house. These solved the problem perfectly and I can even stream high definition TV out there no issues, they work great and are so easy, just plug and play. I don't know what kind of magical conditions you'd need in order to achieve 600mb/s at 300m, but if you have realistic expectations you won't be too disappointed. Not quite as simple to set up this time as I already had a previously purchased extender set, but once I found the proper instructions on line it works a treat. The problem with buying as a set, is that if you already have a paired set up, then the adapter in the new set is of no use and you can't buy just the extender. Otherwise very happy.
