I had a USB WiFi that could not pick up the signal from the next room. Plugged this in and heaps better straight away. I am over 20m from my router and still get a strong signal and fast speed. Primarily used for gaming and rarely see bad ping or latency.

My laptop's internal WiFi burnt out and stopped working. Rather than having to replace laptop, I opted to buy an external USB WiFi device instead. This device is completely plug and play in Wins 10. It gets much better signal reception given its external antenna when compared to the internal WiFi. Recommended. As usual. Kudos to PB Tech for its range, sharp pricing and good service. I've been using this for a couple of years now. It's very basic to set up, it's basically plug and play - once you set it up you just forget about it. It's got great coverage, I've used it in rooms that are on the other side of the house and it's never let me down. I'd recommend this to anyone who isn't able to install an adapter card into their desktop computer, or anyone who just wants the convenience of a portable adapter.
