The other end of our house has had bad WIFI connection for years so I finally did something about it and purchased this extender, it arrived by courier the next day or so. I followed the instructions in the booklet and got the extender up and running in 5 mins near the router. Then I moved the extender to the passageway and we no longer have any WIFI dropouts at the other end of the house - it's been a few weeks now and it's worked perfectly. Such a relief - I should have bought one ages ago. Product works well. Good value for the money. Size can be smaller to not be so visible but not a big issue.

Brought this for my parents to help extend their wifi around the house. A little bit difficult for my dad to set up on his own but the 64 year old did it okay and is now working well! The Netgear range extender works really well, and has increased my connectivity from really erratic to entirely predictably regular. Wonderful! especially for the price! Got this because my flat wifi wasn't making it to my bedroom. Works fairly well, pretty easy to set up. Can finally stream netflix in bed and play online games at my desk! Solved a problem extending range from house to garage. Easy setup with no dramas. Pushed the signal through dense walls and is providing strong sustained signal. Does the job at a fair price.
