Not a Great Fan of any application that is Not a One Time Purchase Myself, although, I believe that the 2021 Version is a One time Purchase?
The Benefit of this though is the continual Updates that make one's life just that much more easier!

Getting the official Microsoft office to avoid downloading from the internet but it's just a pain to havo to keep buying it every year, it's not like this is cheap. But unfortunately it's the only option we have.
