I’ve got two picky cats, CoCo and Bruno, and they both took to the Neakasa M1 like it was made for them. No smell, no scooping, no drama. It handles their “business” like a pro, even with two cats. The app keeps me in the loop without being annoying. Honestly, this thing has saved me time, mess, and my sanity. Worth every penny. Set up is easy and the app works well. Important to know that it works best with clumping litter so something to think about if you're switching from crystals. It's been a couple of weeks now and our cat is still adjusting day by day (this is something you need to allow for too). Also, don't be tricked into thinking this is set and forget type of product. You will still need to give it a clean pretty regularly or it will end up stinking. I doubt we will stretch cleaning intervals beyond 10 days. That said, it's pretty easy to clean.
