I got this on a special and it's been working great so far. Please be aware that version 5 of the Creality print software does NOT (at time of writing) support the V3 SE version though I had success by selecting the KE version instead. Version 4 of the software *does* suppot the SE outright. I got this on a special and it's been working great so far. First 3D printer I've ever purchased and I am beyond impressed. It is missing a few features that some of the more expensive options offer such as wifi/multicolor printing, but as an entry point it does everything necessary to make printing easy. Really enjoying this printer, a good first step into 3D Printing. Quality is very good, and the price (was on special at the time) was good. Would lose quarter of a star for not having the ability to detect when a spool of filament ends, but that's pretty minor. Really enjoying this printer, a good first step into 3D Printing. My first printer, was dubious about the low cost. Great prints out of the box. 10 minutes assembly, auto bed level and I was away printing with the small roll of included filament. Still fine tuning for perfect prints, but even default settings were good for what I wanted. My first printer, was dubious about the low cost. Thought this would be a great present for my oldest son who is into 3D Modelling. The printer has worked about 6 times out of about 40 times and of the 6 items 3D printed only 2 have come out "reasonably". Stay away from this.. Intending on returning as doesn't even meet the basic Consumer Guarantee Act for a working product ! Thought this would be a great present for my oldest son who is into 3D Modelling.
