I had my reservations initially as reviews online suggested that the touchscreen was temperamental. The touchscreen with my unit has been flawless... This filament dryer has noticeably improved my prints. The prints have far less stringing and are visually better. Complete junk. Only worked ONCE then it developed an unknown error where it displays ER on the screen and fails to start. You can hear the fan trying to spin up for 1 second every 10 seconds or so for hours and nothing ever happens. Even if yours does happen to work, the touch screen responsiveness is terrible, you have to press it so hard that the screen warps and half the time it doesn't register. The humidity sensor is inaccurate and stops at 15%. And the rollers sound like they have sand for bearings. Do not waste your money on this POS!!!! Complete junk.
