I picked this up to run Pi-hole on my network, was a little overkill for the application but the price was better than a lower spec model second hand! Its been running solidly for a few weeks now with no issues.

The Raspberry pi 4 Model B is a great product, easy to set up and was a great price from PB Tech. I did the initial setup using my TV as the screen and now connect from my laptop using VNC.

I was particularly impressed by the online purchase process which was efficient and allowed payment using LayBuy which allows the payment for your order to be made in 6 weekly, interest free installments. Order processing was swift and delivery was in two after the order placed to my RD address.

With increased power and complexity... the costs do go up. I love this Pi but I'm not sure what market it's now in. As a desktop it does surprisingly well. If you are going to control something with the GPIO pins I'm not sure you need to go to the 8GB version With increased power and complexity... the costs do go up.
