It just works.

I bought this to convert my Logitech stream cam to USB-A. I plugged it in and it worked perfectly.

Very handy

I like that this adapter is so small as I was able to reuse my USB-C to Ethernet adapter rather buy another one. Just a well designed handy adapter.

Just the thing when devices don't have USB C

Adapter so I can use new peripherals with an older laptop. Works perfectly and is small enough to fit in my bag and beat having a cable to do the same job.

Used with a headset

I used this to plug a usb-c headset into a usb-a port and it worked perfectly. The laptop had 3 usb-a ports, but a single usb-c port which was also the charging port. The adapter allowed charging and use of the headset at the same time. Perfect

All orders shipped by PB Tech are sent via a courier with a signature required for each delivery. The delivery time-frame (in days) for each product we sell is detailed on the individual product page just to the right of the main product image. From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
