Pretty simple device that does what it says on the tin. Integrates well with Google Assistant. I'm using it as an ebike lithium battery heat sensor together with a Tapo power block to turn off the charging power if it gets too warm and will sound an alarm. It also turns off after a delay so it never keeps charging, That is just to be a bit safer with lithium batteries. Works well and I knew it needed a hub before I purchased. Easy set up and works well. I'm sure it's accurate. Only sends updates to the base when the temperature changes by 0.3 degrees. This is by design to save battery. The Tapo-310 is similar to the Tapo-315, but lacks a display. Like the T315, you also need to buy a Tapo hub. Installation via the Tapo Android App was straight forward. The charts provided by the app are quite nice. The app can export the data to CSV. I'm using the T310 to compare outside temperatures with the indoor temperatures collected by a T315. It's not supposed to be for outdoor use, so I've hung it under the house where it's dry. The T310 is about 6 meters away from the hub with a timber floor between them, connectivity seems fine. A very simple, but easy to set up temperature sensor for the Tapo range of products. Does need the Taco hub, but at around $40 that's a steal also.

I have 5 of these around the house. One outside, one in the entrance by the dog's crate that is used to control his crate heater. One in his crate to check on the previous one. One in the bedroom that controls my heater and one in my dry box for camera lenses that I use to monitor the humidity (lenses can grow fungus if the humidity is too high).
They seem to be quite accurate and play nice with the Tapo software. Note they are Sub-GHz need one of the Tapo hubs to work. I have 5 of these around the house. This is a great little sensor and has been useful to 'fine tune' the thermostat setting on our oil fin heater in our kids room so it's not running too hot or not hot enough overnight. The app interface is great and it's nice to be able to check to room temperature remotely from the living room or in bed in the middle of the night. I intend to buy a couple more for around the house given the low price. Battery life yet to be seen but the batteries look to only be a couple of bucks to replace assuming not needed more than once a year!
