I found a RealTek driver for this online that worked for this on Server 2008 R2.
Connection speed is gigabit.
Actual throughput i have not measured. It works.

Purchased this for my wife's laptop which doesn't have an RJ45 and the wifi doesn't reach well to her desk.
With this I was able to run a network cable from one end of the house to the other (underfloor) terminate it and then plug and play.
