Very easy to setup. A few more than 4 backed up sockets would be nice. This is a very handy unit, well thought out and easy to use. I required a silent UPS for my recording studio computer, this product fits the bill perfectly. Very happy with this so far. Purchased for a home office and attached to a Mac; the Mac recognises it once connected and allows full configuration of features. Within 7 days of purchase we had a power outage and it worked perfectly, allowing plenty of time to save work and shut down the system (just as intended).

Sits nicely under the desk as per a normal power board and while being slightly bigger you hardly notice.

PB Tech service was excellent; I was notified of a delay within hours of ordering and given the option to change / cancel my order. I opted to wait, and it arrived well within their estimated timeframe. Very happy with this so far.
