I've just ordered an Intel NUC, monitor and keyboard on-line. The NUC has to be assembled and have Windows installed so it was expected to take 6 days to ship. However, just two days later, it arrived at my rural address!

The sales staff Dylan is very efficient and helpful in processing my transaction. I then seek help from the service desk to drop the new CPU onto the motherboard (the one job that I would rather leave it to the professionals). The service desk staff (I believe his name is Michael) was very friendly and promptly helped me. The knowledge and service experience is superb and the reason why PBTech is my preferred supplier for all things computers and tech.

Although it is the law to uphold the consumer guarantee act we all know that with some stores it is a real effort to get any action. I am pleased to report this store is not one of them and these guys dealt with the issue without any hassle. As part of the purchased warranty was a loan chromebook while our one was being fixed, which was provided without any hassle. I am very pleased to have found a store that will do what they say they will without hassle, and this has made pbtech my number one store of choice
