Every time I travel nz I make sure to visit the local Pb tech store ( just in case something new has come out ) recently I was in Christchurch and wow that store is amazing set up , where else can you pick up a $3k drone and feel it and play with it ?

Brought a Brother Laser Printer that advertised on the Brother website that the printer could scan multiple pages automatically. When I called the Brother help desk to identify how to do this i was told that the model I had was not able to do this....view more Brought a Brother Laser Printer that advertised on the Brother website that the printer could scan multiple pages automatically. When I called the Brother help desk to identify how to do this i was told that the model I had was not able to do this. Brother attempted to wash their hands of their false advertising. I spoke to Chris Wang from PBtech and he also reached out to Brother for clarification. Brother again attempted to convince everyone that their wording on their website was not misleading. Chris (and PBtech) were able to see my side of the argument and refunded the printer for store credit. I was very grateful for Chris and Pbtech for actually listening and fronting up even though the fault was with Brother International. I am not buying or recommending another Brother product. A Huge Thumbs Up to Chris and the team at Pbtech for customer service!!!! Thanks! :)

Recently purchased a wifi extender (WO1847316). This was very easy to install and has significantly increased my WiFi signal in my house. Very good value as usual from PBTech. I originally purchased a Gigabyte laptop from them which a year after I bought it literally melted on me. The returns department took the laptop and after a few weeks have me full store credit after a year of owning it to choose another brand new laptop with full warranty! Little did I know that this laptop (an MSI) would also cause me issues and after a year and three separate times bringing in the machine they did the same thing as they did the previous year! They took the laptop and after another couple of weeks have back full store credit for yet another laptop. I currently have an ASUS Zephyrus M and it has been going strong for the last year and a bit. Cannot say enough good stuff about the service here. 10/10

The PBTech Head office was extremely helpful, helping me get my headphones replaced after they arrived faulty. They got replaced with 4-5 days which was much faster than I was expecting. I was not dissapointed. PB Tec's staf Chris Wong was amazing (very knowledgable and very patient, yet not pushing to sell at all). As a result, I walked out of the story with a new laptop, confident that I got the best product for my needs and for a reasonable prise. I will recomend this store to my friends, and I plan on returning to PB Tec again in the future.
