It fits well in my GoPro Hero 5 micro HDMI slot and it does not get in the way of the USC-C cable. I can use both connected. :-D
Keep in mind that the latest GoPro 13 media kit has a different HDMI and USB port positioning and it may not be possible to use this adapter together with the USB C charger.

What I did like was the dude who served me, explained everything to me, told me how long the thing would take to get here (he was right) and everything went very smoothly. Like others we use these on our Raspberry Pis’. So far they are holding up well (been a few months). All good I’d say based on the price and the no hassle packaging. I used this for my Raspberry Pi 4 and it worked fine for a bit, then started to snap to the point where it wouldn't even output to the monitor anymore. I recommend a micro HDMI to HDMI male cable instead of an adapter. I bought one of these cables as well, and it works fine to this day. This adapter here is easy to snap though (for me).
