Does not work with powered speakers

This device unlike its identical predecessor the XAD-CAXM only works with headphones. If connected to powered speakers all that can be heard is a loud hum.

Great product

I bought this as my headset has audio and microphone plugs and isn't recognised by my gaming software, which has meant I can't adjust some spacial features. This adapter converts the analogue signal to digital, and now my gaming software has all these cool features I can adjust. Works a treat, and slim fit USB means I can still fit other devices into the adjacent USB slot.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.
