The product works and is a great way of adding nvme storage if you have a spare x4 or larger slot. I really like that it can take 2240 disks as well as 2230 and 2280. I didn’t realise that it only came with a full height connector so I had to do some metalwork to fit it into a sff pc. Other than that I can’t really fault the product. Product worked well, needed to clone my m.2 SSD and the USB device I purchased wouldn't support a 2TB drive. PBTech swapped it out for this, which worked perfectly. I got it to put a spare SSD I had laying around to some use. I slapped it on a full size PCI slot, but worked without any problems. PC recognized the SSD basically immediately.
