Couldn't provide a stable connection between Surface Pro 7 and an external monitor. Kept dropping the feed and getting a black screen. It fixed an issue using a Dell laptop with 4K external monitor where display was flicking on & off using a USB C to HDMI adapter, not sure why but the single piece cable made the issue go away. Does exactly what it should, however does introduce an amount of delay that isn't far off what is introduced by screen mirroring wirelessly making this hard to recommend to everyone if that is an option. It’s a cable. It works. But wow these are expensive!
I don’t know who’s clipping the ticket on this kind of stuff, and I get that you need to have items where you make your margin, but can’t say I’m that excited about it. It’s a cable. It works. But wow these are expensive!

Be weary that if you are doing anything that does not go directly into a monitor there is a good chance it will look to be working and then go to black on MacOS. It might be ok on Windows but I would not recommend for Macs and to look for another brand.

worked fine for about 2 hours
it just loses connection when it overheats, buy a different cable I dont know which one but just not this one worked fine for about 2 hours

Excellent service. Product available well ahead of date advised on order. Changed order slightly and just made a note - hoping it could be changed. I bought this cruxtec cable to connect my MacBook Air (latest OS-X version) to a TV(latest firmware).
Totally unreliable, it connects and works for a random time from a few minutes to say 5 minutes, then the TV complains it lost connectivity.

I just bought another Belkin cable yesterday, no more issues at all, works perfectly.

So this Cruxtec is useless, be warned, stay clear. I bought this cruxtec cable to connect my MacBook Air (latest OS-X version) to a TV(latest firmware).
