When I got it I wasnt 100% sure if it will work and sometimes it doesn't connect first try but when it does it works just as good as the proper meta quest ones. As the title suggests, when the cable does actually work, it works well, with no loss of quality while using link. The problem is, it hardly works.

When using link, when it works, sometimes it will work for 30 minutes then disconnect and go to the quest home. Other times, it will connect for a few seconds before disconnecting. Even though I do not have the proper networking requirements to use airlink, it is a far better experience, as it never drops out. If you really require a low latency connection, but don't have the required specs for airlink, I would recommend getting a dedicated PCVR headset, such as the index or vive. TL;DR: drops out too much, basically unusable (with my current setup). Even if your router doesn't meet the airlink requirements, as long as you can get a stable connection through airlink, USE IT.
