Move to hams been 5 yrs since and pb tech store has moved. Was one of my fav stores as I'm an avid gamer. This time walking in it felt so depressing, customer service wise is not welcoming, they look like they're busy stocking or doing paper work, 1 counter open with a long line of 9 people, and no one coming up to me to ask if I needed help with anything even though they walk past.

I was quite disappointed as I've never experienced this with pb tech service b4.

The mannerism, sure your a gamer or computer guy which naturally are socially awkward personalities but when your in customer service and not at home gaming it be nice if you learnt customer service skills like how to be approachable, how to communicate and how to have a smile or enthusiasm when talking to customers.

As for the product, exactly what I needed although I had to order it in, which came promptly within 2 days.

When I went to pick it up the store was more lively being boxing day, and all counters were open so no long waits.

The claim that it has "Self-locking HDMI connectors"
and that it "Firmly grips" is simply not true.
The fittings are too loose, and the connector leans on other connectors for support.
Also the cable is too long, as the signal, does not reach at 60Hz, and does not reach even at 30Hz.

The only way I could explain this, is if I had been given the wrong cable, or if it was a defective cable, so I will be returning the cable a.s.a.p.

My cheaper HDMI cables are very firm, longer, signal reaches at 30Hz, but bought this cable for the advertised 18Gbps 30/60Hz
