Very easy to attach these plugs, but to be fair I haven't worked with the other type. Bit pricier, but it depends what your time's worth I guess

I never used a Push through connector and wasted a few heads due to some incorrect assumptions. I thought I could just push through the cable and then snip the wires that pushed through. This doesn't work because there is a small plastic clip that gets in the way of cutting 4 of the 8 wires. So some of the wires will just stick out preventing a good connection.

The way that I figured out works, is to just cut the wires as if you weren't using the Push Through. You can push through a little to see that you have the correct wiring, and then pull the wires back. Once I figured the above out, than it was no problem to wire up Cat6 Cables.
