Considering the price the Philips Brilliance EXMONPHS2419 off lease monitor is good value. It has good minimum response time of 5ms, so is reasonable in gaming or animation. Playing the X-Plane 12 simulator there is no blur with moving objects. I set the color to low blue off so that the color is shifted in emphasis more toward red end of spectrum than blue end. I think this is better for eye health. The monitor controls are quite intuitive and easy to get a grasp of. One thing I notice with the backlighting when dark screen is shown, is at top of screen there is slightly lighter patches from the backlight.
