Good purchase, but could have bought cheaper

All works fine. However, the product was not ideal for my purpose. I explained that I would be fitting the 4" hard drives from my existing box. There is only one place left to accommodate a drive of this size as the SSD drive is fitted where the other could go. This unit is best for 3" drives. I needed to be up and running again quickly, and I achieved that.

Shipping Security and Insurance

From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
