At 50% I get around about the same rpm as some deepcool fans I bought except these are significantly louder, dropping the rpm lower then my other fans they are still much louder, additionally the cable system and build quality is quite poor for the price. good if you want rgb, decent airflow and aren't bothered by excessive noise (audible even through noise cancelling headphones). Purchsed these for use in a 360mm radiator, for which they work really well due to their good static pressure. Noise isn't too bad at reasonable RPMs, the daisy chaining is useful and they use a standardised rgb plug rather than Corair's previous icue nonsense. If you just need a case fan there are probably cheaper/better options but these certainly would do the job too. As a bonus, the back side of the fan does look "good" if that is a purchasing consideration, with a nice clean corsair logo rather than black and white writing you'd normally get.
