Hot this guy as a little cache drive for my TrueNAS Scale file server.

I already had a PNY PCIe 4.0 x4 which was great. But I wanted to move that to another PC and with the Adata read/write 5000 / 4500mbps speeds, it is notably (almost 2x) faster. And since I got it on special I am super happy with it. Reputable brand - 5 year warranty - and can never find a better price than at PBTech..

Tip: Create a separate partition on the same drive for your program files and pagefile.
That way your Windows 10 or 11 partition stays small (it really doesn't need to be bigger then 100gb).. this will make it much easier to make a back-up Image and keep it small.
And faster to restore.. :)

Bought this for a very cheap price for an SSD and it does the job of providing a large boost in storage, but also how easy it is to install. It’s not as simple as the Xbox Series storage chip slot on the console, but it took me 3 minutes to install it into my PS5. Weighting cost, size and speed you get a lot of capacity and speed for a lower price. Currently using this in a PCIe 3.0 slot and it maxes out the slot speed nicely. I bought this as a second SSD and it is better than I expected, vs my primary Crucial P5+ it does test slower in sequential read but surprised to see it has 5-10% faster write performance, and is equal random read (using CrystalDiskMark 8.05).

It also seems to run cooler than the Crucial, only reaching high 50s while being benched vs 60s for the Crucial (which has a bigger heatsink on it). It's what you'd expect from an Nvme.. 2TB, good read/write speeds, 5 yeat warranty and even comes with a heatsink. Installed all my special Steam library here (The Genesis Order, Mirror, Treasure of Nadia, Rise of Eros, etc) and cutscenes were lag-free.

But WHY 3-Stars????

Well, I don't know why these Nvme manufacturers spend so much money on everything else but DON'T INCLUDE a SCREW! I had to go through my old computer parts to find a spare. Heck, I would put any Nvme at 1 star because of this hassle. It's what you'd expect from an Nvme.. 2TB, good read/write speeds, 5 yeat warranty and even comes with a heatsink.
