Very easy to use and very good value for money based on the several times I have used it so far. Batteries make it portable and having a carry case is very convenient. While there is no power adaptor with the unit (and I wouldn't expect one at this great value price), it does have a built-in socket so you can use that option for power if you purchase the cord separately. The display is very easy to read. The only downside is if you have larger arms, the band won't fit. I'm skinny and have no problem but my wife's arm it a bit to big for where the band needs to sit so she cannot use it. If you follow the instructions you're not going to be disappointed. It does your BP and tells you the correct amount. It also show what your pulse is at the moment. Press one button wait and it measure your BP just put the cuff on and press the start button. That’s it. If you follow the instructions you're not going to be disappointed. The blood pressure monitor works as expected and was delivered next day. Only niggle was the advert did and still does say it uses 4 x aaa batteries, when in fact it uses 4 x aa batteries. A bit of a pain as I had bought some good quality alkaline aaa batteries specially for this, but then when it arrived I had to go out and buy aa instead. Excellent product.
