Before I tested, I am skeptical about the quality of it, because it's so light, thinking the heat will be gone as the wall is thin. Then I tried to pour mixed hot and cold water ( to avoid damage the inner lid as per instruction). Surprisingly the heat still there after 6 hours, which decrease overtime coz I didn't really fill it of full hot water. The 6th hour was warm. So, I think it works as it described, small light but acts like little chilly that hot when you bite. One thing I wish Xiaomi will improve the inner lid with silicon which is stronger to accept heat.
