It was working amazingly when I first got it, I was telling all of my friends how good it was, but once it died and I charged it is has stopped working, I will be returning it/ replacing it asap. I did not have great experience with this product. It worked well in a week, then it just simply stopped charging. I got a replacement in week which is excellent customer service. But then the second has the same issue. I decided to get a refund, again excellent customer service from Pbtech.
This product cannot be in the market. It doesn't meet the requirements of the consumer act I believe. It's the worst experience I have with an electronic device. I decided to buy an Oral B, more expensive but reliable. I did not have great experience with this product. It worked well in a week, then it just simply stopped charging. Very happy with the performance of the water flosser. So much cheaper than other brands. So highly recommend.

Doesn't turn on even at max charge. I only had this for a week and it's already not working! I was using it until it decided to stop midway cleaning. Very disappointed.

The first water flosser I had from this brand stopped working within a week or so, then I got a replacement from the company (not PB, they either didn't want to deal with it or can't deal with it).
