Not Recommended

Colour: Black

The sound quality with my Samsung Galaxy A34 is poor for music reproduction. Just not good enough.
Also, when using telephony, the audio quality is poor with the other party reporting dropouts on receive and illegible on transmit. Taking the ears out the A34 had perfect telephony.
I'll be binning them.

Constant hiss makes these almost unusable

Colour: Black

Build quality and sound quality are good, price is good but once plugged in there is a constant hiss that I find intolerable. I tried these on a samsung phone, a sony phone and a Lenovo tablet and the hiss is there on all devices. It's not loud but it's noticeable enough for me to be a deal breaker. I'll keep these as emergency backup headphones but don't recommend them. A shame as they are comfortable enough and the sound quality outside the hiss is good.

The delivery time-frame (in days) for each product we sell is detailed on the individual product page just to the right of the main product image. From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
